The Bo Tree is putting on the first Trance Dance ever, and it will benefit trees! I've been to dances there before and the energy is always abundant and flowing.
What it is: A 2-hour breath-driven session that begins with prana flow yoga and evolves into a free form,
high-energy dance experience. Anyone and everyone can attend, regardless of yoga or dance experience.
